 | Trinity’s tutors received their accreditation through
the Canadian Dyslexic Centre in Ottawa. |
| They are trained in the Orton-Gillingham-based method
using the Simultaneous Multisensory Technique (SMT). |
| They are also experienced in working with children with
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), as well as learning
disabilities in the areas of memory and written expression. |
| They also provide Reading Therapy for our non-dyslexic
students. |
| This program is designed for students with dyslexia;
however, it is also recommended for use in Grade 1 and Grade 2 classes with
non-dyslexic students to prevent reading failure and to reduce the need of
remedial help in the future. |
